Important Note on Engraving
1. Order ring first without engraving
If you are not yet certain about the ring size, we recommend ordering the ring first without engraving.
After trying it on, you can return the ring to us via our returns portal. We will typically adjust the ring size within 7 business days and then apply your desired engraving.
This service is complimentary once in a lifetime.
2. Already engraved ring
For already engraved rings, resizing is more complex. The existing engraving cannot be preserved and must be reapplied afterwards.
In some cases, extensive reworking or complete re-creation of the ring may be necessary.
