1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, unless a statutory exception applies.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Breedia Schmuck GmbH, Brienner Str. 54, 80333 Munich, Germany, [email protected], Phone: +49 89 921 313 955) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website, provided we offer this option. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

2. Voluntary 60-Day Return

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer you the option to return goods within 60 days of receipt.

This voluntary 60-day return also applies to engraved rings.

If you return an engraved ring as part of this voluntary additional service, we will refund the purchase price minus a processing and preparation fee of €60.00 per ring.

The voluntary 60-day return is an additional courtesy service. Your statutory rights, in particular your statutory warranty rights and any applicable statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
