Express-ready rings are usually shipped by us on the same day, provided the order is received before 12 noon. Delivery usually follows the next day. If you are unsure about your size, please order the rings first without engraving. We can easily add engraving afterwards at no cost to you (you only pay for return shipping). Rings without engraving and in original condition will be fully refunded.

At BREEDIA, all rings can be returned within the 60-day withdrawal period. This also applies to engraved and already worn rings. For these rings, €60.00 for refurbishment will be deducted from the refund.

Generally, we endeavor to return all rings sent in for adjustment as quickly as possible. However, during particularly busy times, such as the Christmas season, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note:

For engagement rings that were already in stock at the time of the initial order, the exchange takes place within a few days in 90% of cases. Since we always have the most common sizes in stock, a quick exchange is possible. However, if a ring needs to be remade, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

If the engagement ring was specially made for you at the time of the first order (i.e., not immediately available), the adjustment must be done manually or the ring must be remade. For size differences of more than three sizes, we generally remake the ring. Some models cannot be adjusted and must therefore always be remade. In these cases, the adjustment takes 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of the ring.

For wedding rings, the current adjustment time is 4 weeks after receipt of the ring. Unfortunately, this process cannot be accelerated. Please do not send us your wedding rings for adjustment shortly before your wedding.

Regardless of the individual case, we will inform you of the planned return date after we receive the ring.
