At BREEDIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. That's why you can return your order within 60 days of receipt to us. Our extended return policy also applies to engraved and already worn rings.

Return shipping is generally at your own expense. Please package your ring or jewelry carefully and securely.
Since these are high-quality jewelry pieces, we ask you to send the return adequately insured. The insurance amount should correspond to the value of the jewelry being returned.

For returns with a merchandise value over €2,500 we can also arrange pickup of the shipment at your location after prior coordination.

With our 60-day return policy, you can order your engagement ring early and then have plenty of time for your proposal.
So you don't have to wait until just before the planned moment to place your order.
Returning Worn Rings
An already worn ring can also be returned within our 60-day period. What matters is the condition of the jewelry when your return arrives.
Flawless Condition
If the ring remains in flawless condition despite trying on or careful wear, we will provide full refund of the refundable purchase price.

€40 for Necessary Restoration
If the ring shows signs of wear from use, return within the 60-day period is generally also possible.
If the ring requires professional restoration, we will deduct €40 for restoration from the refund amount.
Example: If professional restoration is needed due to visible signs of wear, €40 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Engraved Rings Can Also Be Returned
Even with a personal engraving, you can take advantage of our extended 60-day return policy.
Return Despite Personal Engraving
Rings with a personal engraving can also be returned to BREEDIA within our 60-day return period.
We want to give you security even if you'd like to have your engagement ring personally engraved before the proposal.
Condition is What Matters
If the engraved ring is in flawless condition, the corresponding full refund of the refundable merchandise value will be provided.
If signs of wear have appeared from use and the ring requires professional restoration, €40 restoration costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

What Happens After Your Return Arrives?
Once your return arrives with us, we will inspect the ring and process the return as quickly as possible.
1. Receipt & Inspection
We inspect the condition of the ring as well as the documents and accessories sent with it.
2. Refund
If the ring is in flawless condition, the refundable merchandise value will be fully refunded.
If professional restoration is required, €40 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Costs already charged for express delivery will not be refunded upon return.
