Your ring should arrive safely, discreetly and on time. That's why we choose the appropriate shipping method depending on the value of goods, shipping method and destination – from DHL and UPS to personal DG value transport for particularly valuable orders.

The shipping method depends in particular on the value of goods, destination and desired shipping speed.
DHL, UPS or Value Transport
Your order is shipped depending on the value of goods, shipping method and destination with DHL, UPS or a specialized value transport.
Orders with a value of over €1,000 as well as express orders are usually shipped via UPS.
From a value of €2,500 delivery is exclusively via DG value transport.
Upon request, Saturday delivery is also available for an additional charge for suitable shipping methods.

Value Transport from €2,500 value of goods
Particularly valuable orders are treated differently than an ordinary package. From a value of €2,500, delivery is personal and specially secured.
DG Value Transport
Orders with a value of €2,500 or more are shipped exclusively via DG value transport.
This means particularly valuable jewelry is not treated like an ordinary package, but delivered via a specially secured value transport.
The delivery date is coordinated with you before shipping, so the shipment can be received personally.
Always personal handover
A shipment of this value class will never be left at a drop-off location.
The package will not simply be placed in front of your door, in a hallway or at an agreed drop-off location.
Delivery is always by personal handover to a person.

For our core markets, we offer free standard shipping.
Free Shipping
Within Germany, Austria and the Netherlands we deliver standard shipping free of charge.
This does not apply to paid express options.

For shipping to other countries, we charge the following flat rates per order:
- All other EU countries: €16.00
- Switzerland: €25.00

Delivery Times
The specific delivery time depends on the selected ring, its availability and, if applicable, the production time.
Delivery time directly on the product
The respective delivery time is displayed directly on the product detail page.
If an item is exceptionally not immediately available or requires a longer production time, this is transparently stated on the product page.
Sundays and Public Holidays
Please note that regular delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
Depending on the shipping service provider and shipping method, delivery on Saturday may also be possible.
Discreet & Anonymous Shipping
Especially with an engagement ring, the surprise should of course remain intact until the proposal. That's why we ship your order neutrally and inconspicuously.
Neutrally and discreetly packaged
All orders are neutrally and discreetly packaged. From the outside, it is not apparent that jewelry or an engagement ring is in the package.
The sender also provides no indication of the contents of the shipment.
The package does not show BREEDIA Jewelry or Engagement Ring.de as the sender.
This way your marriage proposal remains a surprise even if your partner receives or sees the package themselves.

24–48 Hour Express Shipping
If the marriage proposal is already coming up soon, we offer particularly fast shipping for correspondingly available rings.
Delivered particularly quickly
For particularly urgent orders, we offer our 24–48 hour express shipping.
Orders received on business days by 12 noon are shipped the same day for correspondingly available products.
Upon request, this is even possible for suitable rings including engraving.
Express Costs
The cost for our express shipping is €20.00.
Please note that express shipping is only available for correspondingly available or products marked as immediately available.
Parcel Lockers & Post Offices
For suitable shipping methods, the order can also be delivered to alternative pick-up points.
Delivery to a DHL Parcel Locker
We are happy to deliver suitable orders to a DHL parcel locker or post office.
Please provide the corresponding details of the desired parcel locker or post office during the checkout process.
Important: Orders from €2,500 are delivered personally via DG value transport and therefore cannot be left at a parcel locker or drop-off location.
Shipping to Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, special tax and customs regulations apply due to import requirements.
Invoice without German VAT
For deliveries to Switzerland, you will receive an invoice without German VAT as well as the necessary export documents.
Once your package reaches the Swiss border, you will be informed about any applicable fees and the further process.
Import Duties
Upon import, Swiss import VAT and other fees may apply.
The corresponding duties are to be borne by the recipient.
