Delivery

1.1 Depending on the scope of your order, we ship via DHL or UPS. For orders over €1,000 or express orders, we ship with UPS. Short-notice orders with Saturday delivery are also available for an additional fee.

1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

1.3 Shipments over €2,500 are only shipped with DG value transport.

Shipping Costs

2.1 We deliver within Germany, Austria and the Netherlands free of shipping costs (except express)

2.2 Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (such as in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs, may apply, which you are responsible for paying.

2.3 For shipping abroad, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs per order, regardless of the order amount:

We deliver to all other EU countries for €16.00. Shipping costs to Switzerland are €25.00:

Delivery Times

The delivery time depends on the item and can be found on the detail page of the respective item. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Should an item exceptionally not be in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time be extended accordingly, this will be noted separately on the respective product page.

Anonymous Shipping

We ship your order anonymously. This means it is not visible from the outside that the contents could be an engagement ring or other jewelry.

72 Hour Shipping

For those in a particular hurry, we offer our 72-hour express service. Shipping for orders placed by 12 noon is on the same day - even with engraving. Learn more

Returns

In the event of a complaint (this does not include size adjustments) or if you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the goods as a prepaid package. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Parcel Lockers & Post Offices

We are happy to send your goods to a DHL parcel locker. Simply provide us with the parcel locker number during the checkout process. We cannot send goods over €1,000 to parcel lockers. These are shipped via UPS or DG transport.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, you will receive an invoice without VAT as well as all documents necessary for export/import. Once your package arrives at the Swiss border, Swiss customs will contact you. You will receive a notification of all additional costs incurred and possible pickup times. Pickup at One of Our Stores
